I'm Mathilde De Luca, an author, speaker & community builder from France, now based in Amsterdam. I write and talk about the invisible structures that shape us: the roles we inherit, the stories we repeat, the fears we call intuition, the identities we build to be loved, accepted, or safe.
My work stands at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, lived experience and ancient wisdom. It is an invitation to make the unconscious conscious, and to walk from conditioning to freedom.
